Create a company workspace
Set up the shared workspace where a company manages engineers, providers, and AI cost.
Every person who signs up for SuperPenguin receives a private personal account. A company uses a separate team workspace for shared dashboards, engineers, integrations, and billing.
Choose the first owner
Choose one person to create the company workspace. That person becomes the workspace owner and serves as its initial administrator.
The owner can:
- Invite and remove workspace members.
- Manage the workspace plan and billing.
- Connect company integrations.
- Send SuperPenguin Desktop installation emails.
- Grant organization-wide AI Coding visibility to other members.
Create the workspace
During signup, choose Add a team workspace, select a plan, and enter the company or engineering-team name.
If signup is already complete:
- Open the workspace switcher in the dashboard sidebar.
- Choose Create workspace.
- Select Growth, Pro, or Enterprise.
- Complete checkout or contact SuperPenguin for Enterprise.
The personal account remains available and has separate billing, keys, and data. Use the workspace switcher to move between personal and company scopes.
Choose a plan
- Growth supports a small shared team.
- Pro is the entry tier for the organization AI Coding and PR Costs onboarding flow.
- Enterprise supports custom limits and can enable the same AI Coding and PR Costs entitlement.
